About Kristi Davis

Kristi Davis is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry. She has worked as a Realtor, Broker, Sales Manager, trainer, coach, and presenter, and is currently the owner and President of Kristi Davis Consulting, LLC. Kristi is passionate about empowering individuals, teams, and companies to perform at their peak, and her firm is founded on this core belief.

Kristi is a Certified Professional Coach specializing in Leadership and Performance, an Energy Leadership Index-Master Practitioner, 12 Week Year trainer, and a facilitator for Brian Buffini's 100 Days to Greatness and Pathways to Mastery. She is also a certified TREC instructor and on Faculty at the Texas Association of Realtors. Kristi's expertise in coaching and training has helped countless professionals achieve greater success in their personal and professional lives.

In addition to her consulting and coaching work, Kristi is actively involved in giving back to the real estate industry. She serves on the Texas Association of Realtors' Board of Directors and Sec/Tres of North Texas Real Estate Information Systems, Inc. (NTREIS). She is also the Chair of the Risk Reduction Committee at the Texas Association of Realtors, Chair of the Volunteer Leadership Committee at MetroTex Association, and a member of the Broker/Owner Advisory Council for Buffini and Company. In her time off, you’ll find her with family and friends or off on her next travel adventure.
